Both on and off the jobsite, safety is a cornerstone of everything we do. We are committed to providing quality workmanship and service while ensuring the use of safe work practices.
An injury and accident-free workplace is a primary goal of T & A Electric’s safety program.
Employees and management are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, on every job site is necessary for the standard of safety expected at T & A.
In the event that there is a work injury, we have a back to work program that provides support for individuals who are unable to resume full duties due to injury, near miss, or medical aid.
